SUMMARY:
A multinational organization has a permanent position for a FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR to work in their West Rand office. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION To provide a smooth running of the Finance department and support of line management

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Invoicing
Capture Creditors invoices
Timeous debtors’ collections and payment allocations
Generate Customers quotes and invoices
Generate purchase orders
Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Cashbook reconciliation
Monthly General Account Reconciliation

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bookkeeping / BTech Financial Accounting / BCom Financial Accounting

EXPERIENCE

5 - 10 years and above in a supervisory position being exposure to all aspects of the finance department including debtors, creditors, cashbook and inventory management.
Ability to balance books to trial balance.
Ability to perform reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
Manufacturing experience, strongly
Strong knowledge of Pastel in a manufacturing environment.
Strong supervisory skills
