Finance, Admin & IT Administrator - R15k p/m â€“ Parow Industria, CT â€“ Perm

POSITION INFO:

One of South Africa’s leading coffee shops, chains and retailer distributors urgently needs a young, vibrant, and proactive tech-savvy all-rounder with strong capabilities in financial accounting administration and practices to join their fiancé team!
Duties will not be limited to but include:
• Assist with debtor’s role and follow up with clients.
• Manage and maintain ecommerce operations.
• Keep abreast and up to date with company specific accounting procedures and processes.
• Assets management specifically invoicing out assets/machinery and keep continuous track of the assets and where they are placed.
• Assist hospitality department in drafting picking sheets, invoices, and route planning.
Minimum requirements:
Matric with accounting and/or bookkeeper diploma/certificate.
2-3 years of experience should be in either the manufacturing/logistics or hospitality industry.

Strong IT skills, Excel & accounting package
Stable track record with recent contactable references
