SUMMARY:
FILLING MANAGER EMULSIONS:

We are seeking a Filling Manager (Emulsions) to join our world‑class manufacturing team based at our global production site in Boksburg.
 
The Filling Manager (Emulsions) will lead the planning and execution of product packaging across multiple high‑speed filling lines, ensuring orders are completed on time, to specification, and in line with ISO and safety standards. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing downtime, managing people and equipment performance, and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensure effective communication, and maintain a safe, compliant operating environment.
 
The successful candidate should have experience managing diverse teams with varying capabilities in a fast-paced, technical production environment. This is a "hands-on" role, with the Filling Manager spending the majority of their time in the factory. The ideal candidate will have a completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from a leading university, minimum 5 years' experience in a production management role in an FMCG environment, and exceptional organizational and leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and an action-oriented, collaborative style will be important attributes to succeed in this dynamic team environment.
