With over 80% market share as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for battery scoops in the South African coal mining industry and after establishing itself as a full systems OEM provider over the years, our client is proud to supply complete fleet solutions of underground mining equipment that includes continuous miners, shuttle cars, roof bolters and feeder breakers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities

Experience in Mining Shuttle cars and continuous miners, roof bolter, feeder breaker, and Scoops
Extensive experience and knowledge of JNA / PLC systems fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
Extensive experience and knowledge of hydraulic and Electrical systems
Must be able to read and interpret both hydraulic and Electrical schematics and understand their codes and symbols
Client liaison experience
Equipment commissioning Maintenance
Must be able to read drawings (Electrical and Hydraulic)
Site Management
Report writing
Willing to relocate

Qualifications and Skills

5 years of experience with underground mining equipment
Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree or equivalent
Good communication both verbal and written
Paying attention to detail
Team player
Microsoft word and excel
Organized
Time management
