SUMMARY:
A luxury safari lodge set along a game-rich river frontage in the Greater Kruger is seeking an experienced and passionate ððððð ðð¨ððð to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This is a hands-on guiding role suited to someone who thrives in a remote, big-five wilderness environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences on game drives and bush walks.

Core Criteria:

FGASA NQF2 minimum
Valid DEAT registration
Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
Current First Aid certification
Comfortable living and working in a remote lodge environment
Strong knowledge of Big 5 ecology, tracking, and bushcraft
Excellent guest interaction and storytelling ability
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team

Candidate Responsibilities:

Conduct game drives for guests
Ensure the safety of guests at all times in the field
Share in-depth knowledge of flora, fauna, and ecology to enhance the guest experience
Maintain and inspect guiding vehicles and equipment
Build rapport with guests to deliver a memorable, personalised safari experience
Assist with general lodge and guiding-related duties as required
Uphold the lodge's standards of service and conservation practice

On Offer:

Salary negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and suitability
Live-in position, accommodation and meals on duty included
3 weeks on / 1 week off duty cycle
Start as soon as possible
