The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing staff performance while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

Education

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)

Experience

• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control checks on feed, focusing on ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity.
• Manufacture feed according to established formulas and quality standards.
• Oversee staff to ensure all duties are performed according to procedure.
• Troubleshoot and address production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

Computer Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
