Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Feed Mill Team Leader to support production operations and ensure high-quality feed manufacturing. If you’re resilient, organised, and ready to lead by example, this role is suitable for you.

What You Need:
• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
• 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
• Resilience, persistence, and reliability
• MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality control checks on feed ingredients and final product
• Manufacture feed according to formulas and quality standards
• Ensure staff follow procedures and maintain production discipline
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions quickly
• Minimise downtime through proactive problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily operations
