SUMMARY:
A stable, longâstanding organization is seeking a Financial Accountant to oversee the full accounting function and support the Finance Manager. This is a key role for someone who thrives on independence, leadership, and accuracy in financial operations.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance (articles advantageous)
5 – 7 years’ accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior / supervisory role
Strong management accounts, monthâend and yearâend experience
Advanced Excel & ERP systems knowledge
Solid VAT & SA tax expertise
Proven ability to lead teams and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Financial reporting, AP / AR oversight, cash flow, tax & compliance, team leadership, internal controls, and business partnering.
