SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for a hands-on Field Technician to provide onsite technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop support services. The role requires strong IT knowledge, client interaction, and the ability to work independently in the field.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Experience in IT support or field technician environment
IT qualifications (A+, N+, MCSE etc)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop support
Hardware troubleshooting and support experience
Understanding of Microsoft Tenant environments
Knowledge of Sophos Firewall (advantageous)
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
Ability to work independently and manage client sites effectively
