EXTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE / RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Location: Brackenfell, Cape Town

Salary: R16 000 – R20 000 + Attractive Commission Structure + Petrol

Job Overview

Our client is seeking dynamic, well-presented and results-driven External Sales Executives / Relationship Managers to grow their client base, strengthen client relationships and drive consistent revenue performance. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on hunting new business, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key client accounts.
Proactively identify, hunt and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and grow your own client base through proactive business development (no existing customer base will be provided).
Build strong, solution-driven client relationships.
Understand client needs and present customised promotional solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations and Production).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

Own reliable vehicle essential.
Minimum 3 years'''' external sales experience with a proven track record.
Experience within the Promotional Products, Branding, Marketing or related industries will be advantageous.
Well-presented with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about new business development.
Strong negotiation, closing and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
