SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading supplier of all Office Consumables with branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban is looking for an External Sales Consultant to join their team in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The main purpose of this position is meeting sales and profit targets and providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Meeting sales and profit targets
Capturing orders
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Filing
Liaising with the various Departments (Purchasing, Credit Control and Warehouse)
Confirming deadlines
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining relationships with existing customers
Growing client base
Cold calling and prospecting

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous

Experience and Skills Required:

Print/stationery experience preferable
Previous external sales experience
Ability to travel and visit clients in industrial areas
Drivers license and own reliable transport
