Job Description

Visit commercial and industrial clients across the region to identify new sales opportunities.

Present technical product solutions and deliver accurate quotes to interested business decision makers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to secure regular repeat business.

Work closely with internal factory teams to coordinate smooth and on-time customer deliveries.

Provide reliable advice on custom plastic products and bulk storage solutions to buyers.

Track sales pipelines, client meetings, and weekly progress reports in the CRM system.

Meet monthly sales targets to help increase regional territory revenue and market share.

Who We Looking For…

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate and a valid South African driver’s licence.

Proven field sales experience within manufacturing, industrial supplies, or plastic products.

Excellent communication and listening skills with a confident, customer-focused approach.

Demonstrated ability to prospect new business leads and close commercial deals successfully.

A positive attitude and strong personal drive to achieve set sales targets.

Genuine willingness to learn technical product details and adapt to customer requirements.

A reliable team player who works effectively with operational and production colleagues.
