SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing export administration, trade documentation, customer and shipment data, tender processes, inventory control and related commercial administration within a fast-paced automotive environment.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage export contracts, Letters of Credit (L/Cs), invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs documentation.
Coordinate bank document presentations, payment tracking and resolution of trade/documentation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer, distributor and shipment master data on ERP/SAP systems.
Track marine shipments, logistics documentation, customs clearance and delivery confirmations.
Coordinate local tenders for complete vehicles and specialised vehicle body-upfitting projects.
Manage stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, slow-moving stock and surplus/shortage reporting.
Verify inbound/outbound documentation and support financial, tax and audit requirements.
Manage acceptance and settlement of marketing materials, promotional supplies and related budgets.
Liaise with finance, legal, logistics, sales, suppliers and technical teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric required.
National Diploma or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Experience in export administration, international trade, logistics or supply chain.
ERP/SAP experience with strong advanced Excel skills.
Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
Code 8 drivers licence.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
