Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk, to join their team in Durban (South Coast Road).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: South Coast Road - Durban
Salary: R9500.00 + Benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Must read / write & speak Afrikaans & English.
Must computer literate.
Clean Cut and well groomed.
Excellent time management skills.

EXPERIENCE

The individual we are looking to employ must meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Previous experience in Fleet / Rental / Transport / Service Advisor / Panel Shop / Technical Experience.
The successful candidate will be required to execute the following duties:
Processing of invoices.
Initiating Warranty Claims.
Vehicle licensing renewals.
Service & Maintenance Planning.
Validation of repair quotes.
Maintenance & Repair Authorizations.
General Reporting.
Record keeping of:
Spare Keys
Canopies
Administration of Breakdowns.
Administration of Damages.
Ad hoc responsibilities as communicated by Management.
