POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity

This position enables you to grow your career by managing high-value corporate print accounts. You will receive strong back-office estimating and production support to meet every client deadline smoothly. Your industry expertise will help the company maintain operational efficiency and achieve outstanding sales results.

Job Description

Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, marketing managers, and creative agencies.

Find and close new commercial printing opportunities across lithographic and digital print markets.

Consult with clients to assess print quantities, paper stocks, finishing options, and delivery timelines.

Recommend the most cost-effective production methods between sheetfed litho and modern digital printing.

Work with the estimating department to prepare fast, accurate, and competitive customer price quotations.

Follow up actively on all issued quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed production orders.

Track sales activity and maintain client records to achieve your monthly and annual sales targets.

What You Need to Apply

Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent secondary qualification.

Proven sales background within commercial printing, digital print solutions, or lithographic print management.

Strong technical knowledge of paper stocks, CMYK, spot colours, finishing processes, and print specifications.

Clear understanding of when to recommend sheetfed litho versus digital print production routes.

Confident ability to pitch solutions, build client trust, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong face-to-face presentation ability.

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a reliable, goal-driven team spirit.
