Executive Secretary

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling correspondence and visitors
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate EXCO and Board meeting administration
• Manage office administration, filing systems, stationery, and supplier documentation
• Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, and expense reconciliations
• Oversee boardroom bookings and general office coordination

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or similar (preferred)
• 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Experience supporting multiple senior executives
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
