Luxury Hospitality Group based in Constantia, Cape Town is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
 
Keeping the schedule organised and up-to-date.
Handling various errands efficiently.
Project Management: Assisting in managing projects effectively.
Helping manage the Directors home smoothly.
Assisting with the care of animals.
 
Requirements:
 
Grade 12
Formal qualification will be an advantage
Experience as an Executive Personal Assistant and with minute-taking at a high level.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: You triple-check your work to ensure perfection.
Hands-On Approach: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
Own Transport / vehicle.
Able to follow instructions well, ensuring tasks are completed as required.
Able to think outside the box and demonstrate critical thinking and creativity.
Tech-Savvy: You have excellent computer literacy skills.
Flexible: Comfortable with flexible and sometimes long hours.
Good time management skills and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Organised: Your organisational skills are top-notch.
Discreet and can be trusted with sensitive information.
