Executive Personal Assistant

POSITION INFO:

Salary: R480 000 - R600 000 Per Annum

This role offers a diverse mix of office management, personal assistance to senior leadership, and client service for high-net-worth individuals. It requires exceptional organisational skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to operate with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Coordinate and manage daily office operations.
Oversee client parking arrangements, meeting venue preparation, and office supplies.
Handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, and office equipment management.
Liaise with and manage the office cleaner.

Family Office Services:

Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with ad hoc requests (e.g., visa/passport applications, insurance, medical aid, filing systems).
Attend client locations for document signing.

Executive Support:

Provide diary management for directors and senior management.
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation.
Schedule monthly client meetings.
Handle ad hoc personal requests (e.g., car servicing, restaurant bookings).

Client Administration:

Prepare and prepopulate account-opening documentation.

Requirements:

English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a professional environment.
Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Clear credit and criminal record.
Previous experience as a PA or administrator for senior management preferred.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude.
