EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT
R42 000 per month
Based in the CBD
Must be based in Cape Town, or willing to relocate at your own cost if not currently residing here

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
At least five years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a comparable role
Offer high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and arranging meetings
Draft and prepare letters, reports, and presentations as needed
Support the executive team in preparing for meetings, conferences, and other engagements
