We’re looking for a highly organised, service-driven Event Services Support Administrator who can manage client needs, support event logistics, and ensure seamless delivery from planning to post-show wrap-up.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key contact for clients and event organisers before, during, and after shows
• Guide clients through service options and upsell where possible
• Manage quotes, proposals, job files, invoicing, and collections
• Run the on-site Event Services Desk with professionalism and precision
• Support Project Managers with pre-event coordination and post-event reporting
• Collaborate with Operations, Design, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure flawless execution
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements

• 4+ years of experience in a client service, event coordination, or admin support role, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong numeracy and admin abilities with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills – face-to-face, phone, and written
• Comfortable working on-site during event builds, live days, and breakdowns
• Own reliable transport for travel to venues and client meetings
