Our well reputed client is looking for an Events Co-ordinator to organize and manage functions at their establishment in Franschhoek.

DUTIES:

Contact potential leads from CRM system
Establish & maintain relationships with vendors & venues
Negotiate terms
Plan events from beginning to end
Create financial reports
Collect payments

REQUIREMENT:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in events management / hospitality management
2 – 4 years’ experience
Valid drivers + own vehicle
Attention to details
Bilingual – Afr / Eng (non-negotiable)
