POSITION INFO:

A well-known property management company with branches in Wellington and Paarl has an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated and trustworthy Estate Manager to join their team for the management of a residential estate in Paarl.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the efficient and effective daily operation of the residential estate including all common areas, maintenance schedules, security protocols etc.
Supervision of staff
Managing relevant expenses
Coordination of and liaison with service providers
Management of resident concerns / queries
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

Matric certificate
Management / leadership experience of a least 2-3 years
Strong technical / practical aptitude
Experience in managing a residential estate or similar property would be advantageous
Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Computer literate
Good communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Physically able
Ability to function well under pressure and prioritise tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail as well as planning and organising skills
Conflict resolution skills

A market related remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate in line with qualifications and experience.
