SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity awaits! Our client in Somerset West is seeking a motivated Elementary Montessori Guide to join their expanding and future-focused Montessori community in 2026.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Deliver authentic Montessori education aligned with AMI standards
• Maintain a prepared Montessori learning environment
• Facilitate Going-outs, environmental activities, camps, and related experiences
• Work hours: 07:30–15:30

• BEd/PGCE and recognised Montessori 6–12 qualification
  Motivated non-Montessori candidates may be considered
• Experience teaching children ages 6–12 (Montessori experience preferred)
• SACE registration & valid police clearance
• Strong commitment to child-led learning and fostering independence
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
• Growth mindset and alignment with values of authenticity, grace & courtesy, and lifelong learning
