POSITION INFO:
Position Purpose / Summary

• Education: Support the Elementary Guide in delivering authentic Montessori education aligned with AMI standards
• Environment: Assist in maintaining a well-prepared indoor and outdoor Montessori learning environment
• Experience: Support Going-outs, Earth stewardship activities, camps, and extracurricular engagements under the direction of the Guide
• Hours: 07:30–15:30

• Qualifications: BEd/PGCE and/or Montessori qualification (preferred)
• Experience: Prior experience working with children aged 6–12 in a Montessori environment
• Compliance: Valid SACE registration and police clearance
• Montessori Approach: Demonstrated commitment to continuous growth in understanding and applying authentic Montessori principles
• Skills: Growth mindset, adaptability, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, efficient administrative skills, and professional preparation to support a flourishing learning environment
