EXTERNAL CONSUMABLES SALES EXECUTIVE

SUMMARY:
An Office Automation company based in Kyalami/Midrand is currently seeking an External Consumables Sales Executive.
The External Consumable Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for a wide range of consumable products within the Office Automation sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop relationships with key customers, and close sales deals, all while maintaining exceptional customer service and market knowledge.
This is a highly dynamic role that requires an individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the consumables market. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in consumable sales, preferably in office automation, e.g., office supplies, industrial consumables, etc.

3 to 5 years office consumables sales experience required

Strong communication skills
Job Responsibility:
Face to face sales – Presenting - Telephone sales - Generating leads – Cold calling
Negotiating - Building a solid pipeline - Closing deals - Client retention - Client growth
Cultivate strong client relationships ensuring that the customer is always satisfied with the service, communication and products that they purchase
Assist clients with orders from the order being placed to being delivered and invoiced
Handle your own client queries
Follow the standard KPI’s set out by the company
Increase revenue – cross selling being key!
