EXPORT - INTERNAL SALES (SANDTON)

SUMMARY:
Export Internal Sales Clerk vacancy within the Business Development department.

POSITION INFO:

• Internal sales function and provide technical assistance to customers with all products to the Export market by means of telephonic, face to face or any other electronic media.
• Working closely with colleagues to secure and close export sales deals
• Administrative support for BDM and Export Sales persons

Key Performance Areas:

1. Attend to telephone, WhatsApp calls and on-line business

2. Quotations / RFO / RFI / Tenders

3. Order Processing

4. Customer Inquiries and Queries

5. Technical Support

6. Pro Active Selling

7. Perform and assist BDM/Sales on any ad-hoc urgent requirement

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• Post matric qualification in Electrical or Electronics will be an added advantage.
• 3 – 5 Years – Export Sales Experience in similar Industries Experience in export selling
