JOB DESCRIPTION:

Medical Aesthetic Coordinator needed in Sandton

FULL 2-3 year Skin Care Diploma & ITEC / CIDESCO & or SAAHSP.
4-5 years working experience as a Manager/ Aesthetic Coordinator in an Aesthetic Centre/ Dr’s Practice or Laser Clinic.
MUST be well spoken and presented at all times.
Previous experience directing, coordinating, and managing clients/ patients in a clinic
Must be able to manage Clinic operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Must be well–organized and have strong administration skills and financial skills.
Must have strong customer relations and communication skills.
Must have a strong ability to delegate staff effectively in all aspects.
Must be able to work under pressure effectively.
Must be able to make effective decisions and use own initiative where necessary.
Must be able to deal with customers effectively.
Ensure that all set standards and quality are maintained at all times to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Must be able to provide all relevant costs and revenue reports for the Clinic.
Be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Clinic.
Ensure that all operating equipment is maintained in a good state of repair.
