POSITION INFO:

A reputable dental laboratory based in Pretoria East is seeking Experienced General Dental Lab Assistants to join their skilled team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in dental lab procedures and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Receiving insert prints and accurately numbering them
Casting high-quality plaster models
Processing models with individual identification numbers
Preparing models for the burnout procedure, including sprue insertion, investing, and devesting
Cutting and finishing inserts to required specifications
Cleaning and packaging inserts and models in accordance with their assigned numbers

The Ideal Candidate:

Has proven experience in a dental laboratory environment
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Works efficiently in a high-precision setting
Understand the full process of dental insert preparation from start to finish
Is reliable, organised, and committed to quality workmanship
