SUMMARY:
An Office Automation Company based in Cape Town is currently seeking an Executive Personal Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

First line support to Managing Director and National Sales Manager
Office Automation industry experience would be beneficial
Working with contracts and loading contracts
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Good oral and written communication skills
Planning and organizing meetings, taking meeting notes, and managing expense reimbursement.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability.
Attention to detail
Matric and Certificates - A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
