R20 000 – R 30 000 (Dependent on Experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Pretoria East is seeking to employ an energetic, tech savvy, organized, well presented Event Coordinator to join their team.

Minimum requirements:

2 – 3 years Event Coordination experience
Qualification in Event Planning would be beneficial
Highly skilled at presentation compilation (Canva, PowerPoint etc.)
Extensive customer/ client negotiation and communication skills
Must have experience in concept generation and confident presentation thereof
Must be skilled at computer literacy for purposes of streaming events and working with Tech Team
Will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all supplier for events
