ESTATE MANAGER – PINELANDS - R20,000 per month

My client is looking for a high energy candidate who will manage a housing estate of 250 units.

You must have managed a large complex or facility before and have excellent references.

Management of security, gardens, maintenance, pools, painting, contractors, signage, staff, laundry and administration.

You must have some experience dealing with sectional titles and body corporates. 

You will report to the Managing Agent.

You must speak English and Afrikaans, be computer literate and have a driver’s licence with your own transport.
