A leading automotive accessories business is seeking a motivated and results-driven EE Sales Representative to join its dynamic Sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Automotive, Manufacturing and/or FMCG experience essential.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sales role.
Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, transport companies, government departments, aftermarket customers, etc.
Drive sales growth by expanding existing customer accounts and introducing new products.
Prospect, cold call, and onboard new customers to grow market share.
Achieve monthly sales targets and agreed customer engagement activities.
Conduct regular customer visits and ensure all interactions are accurately captured on the CRM platform.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
Support dealer and customer marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Manage company-owned promotional materials at customer sites.
