A dynamic retail brand is on the hunt for a results-driven Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of their growing online operations. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and play a key role in optimising every step of the customer journey—from website updates to final delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a dedicated ecommerce team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee the online store’s product listings, pricing updates, stock accuracy, and promotional content.
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, tech, and supply chain to keep the ecommerce engine running efficiently.
Monitor and improve delivery performance, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly and reliably.
Implement initiatives to boost customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints with a solutions-first mindset.
Manage logistics and delivery operations, including routing, vehicle oversight, and courier partnerships.
Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
Contribute to ecommerce strategy and help drive key projects from concept to execution.

What You’ll Need:

3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a strong grasp of best practices.
5 years management experience with a focus on team development and performance.
Solid understanding of ecommerce systems; experience with platforms like Shopify or Magento is a bonus.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
Positive energy, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel when needed.
