POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman to manage a residential construction project in the Klapmuts area.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day site operations 
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
•  Ensure construction is carried out according to plans and timelines
•  Maintain quality control and safety standards
•  Report progress to project manager/owners

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret building plans
• Hands-on and proactive management style
• Own transport and valid driver’s license
