SUMMARY:
E-Commerce Content Specialist required for Jhb North based Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience preferably in the FMCG/wholesale/retail environment, including experience in digital marketing
- A good understanding of South African retail consumers and an understanding of online/ecommerce consumers and merchandising
- Solid experience and understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Magento, payment gateways and other essential eCommerce platforms and tools
- Experience in digital communication media/website optimisation
- Exceptional project management skill

Role purpose: The successful candidate will take accountability and be responsible for the Website marketing, content
and data management as well as display and merchandising of products, online
advertising management and content one of our Ecommerce websites.

Duties:
- Product management on the Magento 2 platform
- Web content management
- Product enrichment
- Product lifecycle management
- Product marketing
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Online advertising and management
- Online marketing campaigns – strategic, management and implementation
- Editing and enhancing products images and content in Photoshop
