Despatch & Administration Clerk (Temp)

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Despatch & Administration Clerk on a temporary basis. As the Despatch & Administration Clerk, you will report to the Operations department and be responsible for coordinating and overseeing despatch activities, as well as providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate despatch activities
Ensure accurate and timely despatch of goods
Manage despatch records and documents
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
Communicate with internal teams to coordinate despatch schedules
