The role will include duties such as:

Lead and manage team providing a full range of reinsurance accounting and administration to hedge fund clients and reinsurance companies
Manage client relationships
Optimize client processes and practices
Optimize internal processes
Ensure team efficiency and effectiveness
Providing coaching and professional development for the team
Facilitate fund launches, updates and changes
Business development as required
Participate in global projects and committees to improve procedures and enhance product offering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience:

Accounting designation (ACCA, CPA, CA)
Reinsurance designation (ARe)
7 or more years’ experience
Professional experience relating to reinsurance products and the reinsurance industry, including experience reviewing, accounting for and/or auditing reinsurance contracts and reinsurance entities
