Digital Marketing Account Manager

A creative digital marketing agency is currently searching for an exceptional individual to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for all things digital marketing.  

Job Objective:

Provide day-to-day management of client campaigns and be regarded as the first point of contact for clients, inspiring their loyalty and trust.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for all things Digital Marketing. This individual must be self-motivated, intuitive, passionate for all things digital, and have an understanding of current trends and consideration for the customer’s needs. The role will require you to manage multiple client accounts and be the liaison between Enovation and Clients.

You will be responsible for: -Tasks is not limited to below guidelines.

• Writing briefs for Website projects, Online advertising, Design work, Copywriting, Social Media content calendars,
• Day-to-day management of client campaigns
• Engage with clients to formulate clear and achievable briefs and action plans.
• Develop and increase client accounts.
• Continuously invest in growing knowledge of client business and their industry.
• Draw together all relevant market, industry, and business information in preparation of all agency briefs
• Client correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Professional management of client accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Take ownership of specific parts of campaigns and participate in future planning.
• Establish and maintain productive and open communication channel between the client and the agency,

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor''''s Degree in Marketing, Media or Communication
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager in agency environment.  
• Digital Marketing experience essential.
