WHO ARE WE?

We are a growing luxury wildlife and safari tourism business operating across Southern Africa, with an international customer base.

As the business grows, we are investing heavily in digital to drive qualified traffic, enquiries, bookings and brand visibility.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A hands-on digital growth specialist who knows how to turn traffic into results.

You’re passionate about wildlife, travel and tourism and have strong expertise across SEO, website optimisation and paid media.

You’re not an agency manager. You’re someone who gets into the data, campaigns, search, websites and conversion - and knows what needs to change to improve performance.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Own and grow the digital acquisition strategy across SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social and Email.
Lead SEO, including technical, on-page and content optimisation.
Own website performance, UX and conversion optimisation.
Plan, manage and optimise paid media to drive qualified leads and bookings.
Use GA4 and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Track and report on traffic, leads, conversion, CPA and ROI.
Help build visibility across AI and emerging search platforms.
Work with content, development and agency partners to get things done.
Test new channels, audiences and ideas to drive digital growth.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

6+ years’ hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong experience across SEO, paid media and website optimisation.
Proven track record of improving traffic, conversion and digital performance.
Strong GA4, analytics and reporting skills.
Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO and AI search.
Commercial, analytical and highly results-driven.
Comfortable being hands-on rather than relying on agencies.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury or e-commerce is advantageous.
Most importantly, a genuine passion for wildlife, travel and tourism.
Relevant degree/diploma advantageous; strong practical experience will be considered.
