A premier Distributor of Healthcare Products seeks a strong analytical Media Buyer with a commercial mindset to join its remote team where you will drive profitable growth through performance marketing, ecommerce optimisation, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for maximising the return on marketing investment by turning data into actionable insights, optimising channel performance, improving ecommerce conversion, and providing the business with accurate reporting and forecasting. The successful candidate will require 5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce Analytics, Performance Marketing or Business Intelligence including strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will also need Advanced Excel capability, experience building dashboards and performance reports with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.

DUTIES:

Performance Marketing -

·        Manage paid media across Meta, Google, Amazon, Takealot and other relevant platforms.

·        Optimise campaigns to improve revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency.

·        Manage media budgets and ensure spend aligns with business objectives.

·        Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimisation.

·        Test and scale successful audiences, creatives and offers.

·        Identify opportunities to grow sales through digital acquisition channels.

Commercial Reporting & Forecasting -

·        Maintain the Sales & Marketing Tracker.

·        Maintain marketing budget and pacing reports.

·        Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reporting.

·        Forecast monthly performance and identify risks or opportunities.

·        Track performance against revenue, ROAS and acquisition targets.

·        Provide clear recommendations based on performance trends.

Business Intelligence & Insights -

·        Develop and maintain marketing and ecommerce dashboards.

·        Analyse customer, campaign, channel and product performance.

·        Identify growth opportunities and areas of underperformance.

·        Translate data into actionable recommendations for the marketing and leadership teams.

·        Support strategic decision making through commercially focused analysis.

Ecommerce & Website Optimisation -

·        Monitor website performance and customer behaviour.

·        Improve website conversion rates through ongoing optimisation.

·        Analyse ecommerce funnel performance.

·        Recommend improvements to product pages and customer journeys.

·        Conduct A/B Testing and performance analysis.

·        Identify opportunities to increase average order value and onsite conversion.

Data & Measurement -

·        Maintain data integrity across marketing and ecommerce reporting.

·        Ensure tracking and conversion data is accurate.

·        Monitor attribution and channel performance measurement.

·        Investigate reporting discrepancies and resolve tracking issues.

·        Improve reporting accuracy and accessibility across the business.

Process Improvement & Automation -

·        Reduce manual reporting through automation.

·        Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility and decision making.

·        Streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Management -

·        Partner with Brand, Ecommerce, Finance and Sales teams.

·        Present weekly and monthly performance reviews.

·        Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

·        Ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial growth objectives.

·        Contribute to strategic business planning through performance insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential -

·        5+ Years' experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce Analytics, Performance Marketing or Business Intelligence.

·        Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

·        Advanced Excel capability.

·        Experience building dashboards and performance reports.

·        Ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred -

·        Experience with Amazon and marketplace advertising.

·        SQL experience.

·        eCommerce, Retail or FMCG experience.
