SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pretoria East within the Outdoor Retail and ammunition industry is seeking a passionate, dynamic and driven junior digital assistant that must be fluent in Afrikaans.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities
  • Maintaining the website’s stock and pricing, loading new items onto the site, putting up store notices, arranging and preparing stock reports on Excel.
  • Updating client order status.
  • Recording sales and cost of sales.
  • Updating company social media accounts with new content.
  • Advertising and running promotions on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assisting in social media posting, editing content.
  • Assist in website maintenance. 
  • Attending email enquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Administration duties.
