POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant retail or FMCG experience.
• Candidates with less experience will not be considered.

• Reliability: Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance.
• Customer-focused: Dedicated to delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Provide friendly and efficient table service to customers in the dessert bar.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and merchandising when required.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and service standards.
