POSITION INFO:
Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive specializing in delegate
acquisition. In this full-time remote role, you will execute targeted outreach strategies—primarily
via LinkedIn and direct channels—to build relationships with senior professionals, generate
event interest, and drive high-value delegate registrations for our B2B gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
â Targeted LinkedIn Outreach: Identify, connect with, and engage decision-makers and
industry groups on LinkedIn to build event awareness and drive attendance.

â High-Converting Message Crafting: Write compelling, personalized outreach campaigns
that articulate event value propositions to senior professionals.

â Pipeline & Relationship Nurturing: Implement strategic follow-up sequences to manage
leads through the acquisition pipeline and maximize event registrations.

â Audience Management & Tele-Marketing: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies,
including tele-marketing and direct follow-ups, to optimize conversion rates.

â Team Alignment: Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure outreach
efforts align with event milestones and messaging.

â Event Support: Assist with audience management, planning, and potential end-to-end event execution where required.

Requirements & Qualifications
â Language Skills: Native or first-language English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

â Platform Mastery: Proven expertise using LinkedIn for business development, targeted outreach, and networking.

â Event Background: Prior success in B2B event promotion, delegate acquisition, or high-value outbound marketing.

â Autonomous & Target-Driven: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively, meet registration targets, and work remotely.

â Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding rapport-building skills suited for engaging C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
