POSITION INFO:

A corporate company that specialize in both South African and international property development would like to employ a Debtors administrators in Pretoria and Johannesburg North. Vacancies are available for junior as well as more experience individuals

Minimum requirements:

MDA experience
Experience working for a Student accommodation company
Good Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in leasing administrator role with debtors’ responsibilities

Duties:

Leasing administration
Compiling leasing schedules
Rent roll
Billing management
Mentoring of Debtors teams (applicable to senior position)
Refunding of deposits

Salary: R 15 000 to R 28 000 depending on experience.
