SUMMARY:
Our client in Centurion is looking for a Debtors Supervisor to supervise, instruct and monitor work processes, procedures and employees within the Debtors department to ensure that targets are met and that tasks assigned are performed according to standard.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting and Biology
Supervisory diploma
3 years general Debtors experience
Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Advanced MS Excel (Calculations, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP function) including ASAP Utilities
Advanced of MS Word
Advanced knowledge of Gmail platform and applications

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the employees, processes and procedures in order to achieve divisional and departmental targets
Compile and provide management with reports in order to assist with decision making.
Motivate, guide and train subordinates to ensure effective functioning
