Debtors Controller

SUMMARY:
Our client, a consulting company is looking for a Debtors Controller that will be based in Centurion and will manage and perform the operational and financial aspects of the company.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Essential: HG Math and Accounting subjects).
• Relevant qualification.
• Essential: Experience in Excel – VLookup and Pivot Tables.
• Beneficial: Prior experience working with Sage Evolution.

Main responsibilities:

• Release payments.
• Engage with clients regarding payment.
• Responsible to create debtors accounts.
• Generating invoices.
• Responsible to submit monthly reports to Management.
• Responsible to generate spreadsheets and validate accuracy of information.
• Accountable to maintain the companies debt under 60 days.
• Attend board meetings.
• Ensure and confirm correct invoicing requirements of the company.
• Responsible to release payments to the correct bank accounts.

Additional Information:

• Operating hours: 7:30-16:30.
