A pharmaceuticals company is currently seeking a Debtors Clerk to join their finance team. As the Debtors Clerk you will be involved in every aspect of the finance deparment ensuring that the correct information is presented on a continueos basis.

As a Debtors Clerk you will responsible for the following:

Follow up on overdue invoices, collections and allocating payments
Reconciliations, reporting and collection
Resolve payments
Maintain accounts receivable
Month-end closing reporting
Daily cash sales recons
Liase with the bank
Weekly recon of state sector documents

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)

Completed Bcom or National Diploma

Minimum of 3 years+ experience in a similar position
