We’re looking for someone who understands how invoicing works on sites, projects, and progress billing— and you’re not afraid to chase payments and resolve issues.

POSITION INFO:
Core Focus - Responsibility

Manage invoicing linked to projects, job cards, and progress billing
Follow up on outstanding payments and keep cash flow moving
Reconcile accounts and resolve client queries quickly
Work closely with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate billing
Assist with month-end and basic reporting

Requirements:

2–4 years’ experience in debtors / accounts
Construction, engineering, or project-based experience is essential
Strong Excel + accounting system experience (Sage, Pastel, BuildSmart etc.)
Confident communicator — able to deal with clients professionally
Detail-driven, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
