SUMMARY:
A dynamic organization based in Germiston is looking to employ a Debtors Clerk with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License & Own Transport
3 – 5 years Debtors experience
Perform day-to-day financial administration to support overall accounting functions
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
Conduct monthly debtor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Manage collection activities through telephone, mail, email, and formal correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the financial database
Prepare and distribute accurate customer statements on a regular basis
Ensure all credit applications are current and complete in compliance with company policy
Provide sales activity codes and related data to the Sales Department as needed
Serve as a liaison for effective communication between branch offices
Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
Supply customers with required documentation, including invoices and credit notes
Process daily banking transactions across eight bank accounts with accuracy and efficiency
Provide support during audits, including preparation of required documentation and assistance to auditors on-site
