Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the debtors function including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and resolving customer queries.
  Oversee commercial administration related to project-based work, supporting project managers with financial tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Fulfil aspects of the Credit Control function.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, finance) to ensure alignment on commercial terms and project progress.
• Assist in month-end reporting and contribute to financial forecasting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Debtors or Accounts Receivable role.
  Experience in a project-based environment – preferably within manufacturing, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Financial qualification (Diploma or Degree) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software (Sage).
